css=\u00bb.vc_custom_1658942764230{margin-top: 0px !important;margin-bottom: 0px !important;border-top-width: 0px !important;border-bottom-width: 0px !important;padding-top: 0px !important;padding-bottom: 0px !important;}\u00bb][vc_column_text css=\u00bb.vc_custom_1664702411094{margin-top: 0px !important;border-top-width: 0px !important;padding-top: 0px !important;padding-bottom: 30px !important;}\u00bb]<\/p>\n<div id=\"content-main\">\n<div id=\"main\" class=\"clearfix\">\n<div id=\"content\">\n<div class=\"clearfix\">\n<div class=\"region region-content\">\n<div id=\"block-system-main\" class=\"block block-system\">\n<div class=\"content\">\n<div class=\"panel-display panel-1col clearfix\">\n<div class=\"panel-panel panel-col\">\n<div>\n<div class=\"panel-pane pane-views-panes pane-detalles-p-ginas-basicas-panel-pane-1 detalleCon\">\n<div class=\"pane-content\">\n<div class=\"view view-detalles-p-ginas-basicas view-id-detalles_p_ginas_basicas view-display-id-panel_pane_1 view-dom-id-9d367ba517592c076e2945835585dd6a\">\n<div class=\"view-content\">\n<div>\n<div class=\"wrap\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Partiendo del hecho de que <strong>un CEE es una empresa<\/strong> propiamente dicha (con la particularidad de estar <strong>conformada su plantilla<\/strong> por, al menos, <strong>un 70% de personas con discapacidad)<\/strong>, para solicitar su calificaci\u00f3n como CEE deber\u00e1 <strong>presentar la solicitud ante la Delegaci\u00f3n Provincial de Empleo<\/strong> correspondiente a la ubicaci\u00f3n del centro y, por \u00e9sta, una vez instruido el expediente, se elevar\u00e1 a la Direcci\u00f3n General de Empleo e Inserci\u00f3n la propuesta de calificaci\u00f3n a los efectos de su calificaci\u00f3n definitiva.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dicha solicitud ir\u00e1 acompa\u00f1ada de:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">NIF del compareciente y en su caso acreditaci\u00f3n de la representaci\u00f3n con la que act\u00faa.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">CIF de la Entidad solicitante o en su caso acreditaci\u00f3n de su tramitaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Copia de los Estatutos de la asociaci\u00f3n, empresa o empresas en el supuesto de grupo de empresas.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Acreditaci\u00f3n de la titularidad con la que se ocupa el inmueble.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Declaraci\u00f3n responsable respecto a contar con las autorizaciones y licencias necesarias para el ejercicio de la actividad o, en su caso, compromiso de aportarla al expediente antes del inicio de la misma.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Alta de la empresa en el Impuesto de Actividad Econ\u00f3mica y en la Seguridad Social.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Balance de resultados del \u00faltimo ejercicio, excepto para los supuestos de nueva creaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Memoria de actividad en la que se refleje el n\u00famero de trabajadores discapacitados con los que contar\u00e1 el Centro y compromiso de aportar certificado de discapacidad correspondiente a los mismos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<footer id=\"content-footer\" class=\"\">\n<div id=\"footer\" class=\"\"><\/div>\n<\/footer>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=\u00bb1\/2&#8243;
